1. Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery date. After 3 days from delivery date you must contact Flooring Cheap's Service to determine the best course of action. Flooring Cheap will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Limited warranty policy will be replaced at Flooring Cheap's cost. See “Returning Products Under Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns. 2. A copy of the Flooring Cheap's purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Flooring Cheap's invoice may be requested prior to Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.

3. Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Flooring Cheap reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.

4. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email or call 1-404-684-2700 or 1-844-884-9663, and provide the following information: Name Address Phone Reason for Refund Date of Purchase Product Style and Color Name or Number

5. Upon written receipt of the RA number, send product to: Flooring Cheap LLC Attention: Non-Warranty Returns Department RA #[RA number] 1768 Veterans Memorial Hwy., Suite 4 Austell, GA 30168

6. Please mark pallet with the RA number on the outside of the package.

7. A copy of the Flooring Cheap credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original Flooring Cheap invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.

8. Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

9. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment at customers cost.

10. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to  the Flooring Cheap warehouse. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Flooring Cheap is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

11. Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.

12. Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to above criteria.

Shipping Policy. There is a minimun quantity threshold of 400 sf per pallet of flooring material to qualify for flat shipping prices.  Product ships via third party carrier.  Orders placed and paid in full by 12:00pm Monday to Thursday will ship arrive within 24-48hr no later than 5pm. Orders placed and paid in full on Friday will be processed the same day but will be out delivery until on the following work day of Monday. Orders placed, and paid in full on Saturday will be processed on the following workday of Monday and will be out on delivery on Tuesday. 

If you selected Dock to Curb shipment someone must be present at the delivery locaton to accept shipment. Signature is required no exceptions. Shipping receiver must hand unload boxes. Driver is not responsible for handling of boxes off of the pallet(s).  Additional charges may occure if boxes are handled by driver beyond the threshold of the point of curbside delivery.
